Refund policy

At Shipzap, we want our customers to have a positive shopping experience. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Contact Us Before Returning an Item

Please contact us at shipzsap@gmail.com before returning any product.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Name used for the order

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos where relevant

Do not send products to an address provided by a supplier unless Shipzap has specifically instructed you to do so.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs or other evidence.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Where applicable law provides you with a statutory right to cancel or return an order, Shipzap will honor that right.

Where no statutory return right applies, voluntary returns are subject to the applicable conditions communicated by Shipzap.

4. Return Conditions

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, returned products should generally be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Some products may be excluded from voluntary returns where permitted by law, including certain personalized or hygiene-sensitive products.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible refund has been approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns.

7. Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, contact shipzsap@gmail.com so we can investigate the shipment.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
